Carol Corstin has over 20 years’ experience within the Care Sector. Initially, a Support Worker, Carol developed further as a Service Manager for Consensus, part of the Caring Homes Group (CHG) where she later took an opportunity to change career as Head of Training within the Learning and Organisational Development Team. She is a member of the East Midlands Apprenticeship Ambassador Network and manages the CHG Apprenticeship Programme and Apprenticeship Levy. This year, CHG were proudly awarded the ‘Apprenticeship Provider’ Qube Learning Award for Best Large Employer and South East Regional Macro Employer Award at the National Apprenticeship Awards.
